Redesign your website using contemporary technology

This is a digest version of our newsletter. The full text version is available in Czech language only.

The cascading style sheets (CSS) technology is a powerful tool for defining web page layout. As the currently-used browsers have good CSS support, this technology is now a good choice for designing commercial web sites.

GHC Clinic - Prague

Case study

Situation

GHC Clinic is a high-class private healthcare institution. With increasing number of e-mail questions and requests, this way of communication became ineffective.

Our solution

We recommended to substitute the e-mail contact with a database-driven on-line helpdesk application. Our product ALMS™ iHelpDesk was modified in order to allow clients to submit an image (digital photo) with their questions.

Results

  1. More operators may co-operate on responding questions from a common queue.
  2. Answered questions represent a common knowledge base: Know-how sharing and answering similar questions is now easier.
  3. A FAQ section is available for the clients.
  4. Responsible managers have access to the working database and to live statistics.
